   Thanks for sharing Peter. Folk psychology certainly chimed with me and I see examples of trying to manage the customer more than I’d like – doing it well seems to matter… Dilly Fung spoke at our L&T day last year – made passing reference to bildung. Concepts like these can helpfully remind of what HE can be.
